This is a bit of our life and perspective living with many anaphylactic food allergies, eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE), and orthostatic intolerance. These concerns are always on my mind. My goal, like so many others, is for our family to live fully. To achieve this I am continuously in pursuit of balance in all aspects of life.
